How are they used and what is the purpose of registering your data?

DigitalWorks uses the information collected to facilitate the process of registering information for the purposes of maintaining the business relationship with its clients and to facilitate receiving and processing applications relative to job openings published on the DigitalWorks website.

We use the information collected from our clients in internal billing processes, exchange of information, and processes inherent to ongoing projects.

We use the information collected during the process of receiving applications for job vacancies published on our website with the purpose of evaluating the suitability of the candidates’ professional experience and to contact them to book potential screening interviews.

DigitalWorks is responsible for the data collected and processed digitally. The information is used exclusively under the scope of internal processes, in the commercial relationship with its clients, and in the process of the evaluation of applications for job vacancies that are published. To ensure the security and confidentiality of the data collected, we process the data in accordance with internal security and confidentiality policies and procedures.

Data collected and processed digitally is not shared with any external entity.

The owners of the data may require its consultation, updating or removal from the Databases.

 

How to contact DigitalWorks to request the access, update or removal of data

The owners of the data collected via this form may request the revision, update or removal of the data submitted. The person responsible for the data can be contacted through the email rh@digital-works.com, and a copy of the data, its update or removal, may be requested. For this, proof of ownership will be required.

Data relating to clients with whom DigitalWorks maintains a business relationship are recorded in DigitalWorks’ ERP system, for the time required to process and respond to the client’s request and are maintained in the Database for legal and process related purposes.

Data relative to job applications regarding published job vacancies are kept in a Database for a period of 2 years beginning with the last form submitted.

The data is kept in the Database during the period required to respond commercially to the client’s query, being removed from the Database after being used.
