DigitalWorks launches IAB Portugal’s new website

The website –, developed with WordPress, has several types of content, videos, events highlight, an area dedicated to courses/training, as well as industry articles divided by topic and access to knowledge produced by IAB globally, through the E-Library.


DigitalWorks was the company elected to develop IAB Portugal’s website, the Portuguese version of the IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau), the largest and most respected  Global Association of companies of Content and Interactive Digital Communication.


IAB Portugal’s latest web page was fully developed by DigitalWorks, from visual concept and UX (User Experience) to the development of the website, having been chosen by IAB Portugal in a public tender. The Website was developed using WordPress and has various types of content, videos, agenda with relevant events in the digital space, offer in terms of courses and training, and access to a very relevant collection of industry articles, divided by topics, with access to knowledge produced by IAB globally through the E-Library.


Users can also find an area reserved for members, where information and documentation regarding the activity of the Association is made available. An area dedicated to “Training” may also be found: In-person courses, taught by active and recognized professionals in the market, that can be taught anywhere from on-site, in the actual companies or somewhere outside the company, in addition to the international courses that IAB Portugal provides access to.

Not least, the “Agenda” intends to highlight the initiatives / events that will happen, inside and outside of Portugal.

The work of IAB Portugal extends to 3 fundamental areas in the Portuguese Market: Standards, Templates and Best Practices; Research, Development and Training; Representativeness, Mediation and Market Defense.


Among the founders and members of the IAB we can find brands like AOL, Associated Press, BBC, CBS, Ebay, ESPN, Facebook, Google Inc., Microsoft, New York Times, Reuters, Time Inc., Twitter, Verizon, Viacom, Washington Post, Yahoo, among others, representing more than 85% of the market in the United States.


In Portugal since 2014, IAB Portugal has as partners/founders some of the main Media Groups in Portugal, such as Cofina, Global Media, Media Capital, RTP or SIC, the main Media and Communication agencies such as GroupM, Havas or New Expression and other relevant players in the industry such as Google, MEO or Microsoft.
