DigitalWorks project wins international award

JJ Food Services, one of Digital Works’ clients, and one of the biggest food wholesalers in the United Kingdom, with a turnover higher than £200M, has just been awarded the best technological supplier award of the year in the Retail and Distribution sector, in the 2016 Grocers Gold Awards, in England.

The prize was awarded due to the development of a tool and an order handling mobile application developed by Digital Works, in a close-knit partnership with JJ Food Services IT department.

This application allows stock management in real time, placing orders, schedule deliveries, with the integration of JJ Food Services ERM Microsoft systems, amongst other features, and it was developed both for desktop and mobile versions, through an iOS and Android application.
